Marc began his career in property working for Bennetts in 2003. From there he worked in one of Dublin’s leading commercial firms for over ten years. Finally coming home to Bennetts and taking ownership in 2015. Marc has brought new professional services including a large commercial offering, covering all aspects of sale, letting, and professional commercial advice. Marc is a full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors and is a registered valuer.
Ger has worked in several estate agents across South County Dublin in her twenty year career. She has a proven track record of sales and is an active buyers agent for private clients. Ger is a full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
Allie is currently completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Property Economics at Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin), Bolton Street.
With over three years’ experience at Bennetts Auctioneers, Allie has developed extensive expertise across the residential property market, specialising in high end residential sales in Dublin 4. She also manages a substantial portfolio of residential investment properties, alongside open market lettings.
Allie is highly experienced in handling complex negotiations and providing practical landlord and tenant advice. She has particular expertise in Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) matters, advising clients on tenancy requirements, landlord obligations and navigating the complexities of residential tenancy regulations.
